Fleet Control delivers a comprehensive reporting suite covering every aspect of fleet performance. All reports are built within the Odoo 19 reporting framework, making them fully filterable by fleet manager, vehicle type, location, cost centre, driver, and date range — with no external data export tool required for standard management analysis.
Reports can be scheduled for automatic delivery as PDF or Excel attachments to management inboxes on daily, weekly, or monthly cadences. Executive dashboards provide at-a-glance visibility of the metrics that matter most, and Odoo pivot tables allow finance and operations teams to slice fleet data in any dimension they need.

How It Works in Odoo 19
Select Your Report
Choose from pre-built fleet reports: vehicle costs, fuel usage, L/100km and R/km efficiency, service history and cost, maintenance spend, utilisation rate, driver activity, accident summary, and tyre wear. Or build a custom report using Odoo pivot and graph views.
Apply Filters
Filter any report by fleet manager, vehicle category, registration number, location, cost centre, driver, or any date range. Save filter combinations as personal favourites for one-click access. Group results by any dimension for management reporting.
Analyse the Data
View results in table, pivot, or graph format. Drill down from fleet totals to vehicle totals to individual transaction level. Compare periods month-on-month or quarter-on-quarter to identify cost trends, utilisation changes, and maintenance patterns.
Schedule Automated Delivery
Configure report schedules (daily, weekly, monthly) to automatically generate and email PDF or Excel reports to selected management recipients. The right people always have the latest numbers without needing to log in or request them.
